Like many\, they were thrown into the field and quickly developed a passion for it. Deciding to further their education\, Josh completed their Bachelor's Degree at the University of Houston   Downtown\, graduating Summa cum laude with an Outstanding Graduate award.\n\n\n\nAfter graduation\, Josh relocated to Tucson with their partner and cat to join CTI\, Inc. At CTI\, they have been instrumental in driving growth and innovation within the HR team. Known for their "allergy to inefficiency\," Josh leverages technology to modernize their department and enhance the company's operations. They believe in the power of technology\, especially HRIS\, to improve user experiences while maintaining the essential human element in Human Resources.
