DESCRIPTION:In person was so much fun last month that we are doing it again! And we have declared May "Bring a friend to the Gaymber" month. So\, come on out & bring a friend!\n\n\n\nWe will be joined by Chamber member Ursula Benward of H zh  Counseling speaking on mental health in business. \n\n\n\nAnd there will be actual FOOD--a continental breakfast from Zaya Briggs\, Head Executive Chef of Ermanos. Space is limited! So reserve your spot asap. \n\n\n\nOur gratitude goes out to this month's breakfast sponsor\, Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation.\n\n\n\nAbout Ursula\nUrsula Benward has been a counselor for 19 years. She has her own private practice\, H zh  Counseling\, which provides teletherapy to children\, adults\, families\, and couples in the state of Arizona. She started her career working as a child therapist for the first 10 years\, before moving into work as an integration specialist for a primary care health center\, mood and family therapist for a residential treatment center\, and a crisis specialist for the Southern AZ Crisis Line. Ursula specializes in an integrative approach\, using techniques from play\, art\, cognitive-behavioral\, and trauma-focused therapies. She is originally from the Navajo Nation. She currently resides in Tucson\, AZ\, where she started her private practice with a goal to provide accessible counseling to underserved populations\, especially Native families and 2SLGBTIA+ youth.
