Jennifer Winchester of Realty Executives Arizona Territory and Kathleen Opeka of Desert Primrose Gardens are co-hosting an afternoon of swapping, shopping, and asking a real garden expert all the questions you've been Googling at 11 PM. Bring plants to swap or rehome, seeds to share, or cash to buy something new for your house, garden, or yard. Kathleen will be on-site to talk soil, irrigation, raised beds, pollinator plantings, and whatever else you've been wondering about.

Door prize: Every attendee gets one entry — no purchase, no donation, just show up — into a drawing for a one-hour in-home garden consultation with Kathleen, valued at $175. She'll walk your space, talk through your goals and vision, do a site analysis, and audit your irrigation for leaks and controller scheduling if you've got it.

Come as you are, leave with the keys — or in this case, a new plant and maybe a free hour with a garden expert.
