Managing Change in the Workplace Panel

Change happens all the time, whether we choose it, or it chooses us. Yet, when faced with change, many organizations primarily focus on the process. Successful change takes more than that - it's the people who make change happen.  

During this panel discussion, we'll learn from 3 leaders in our community on how they've navigated through change in their organizations.  We'll open up the floor for the audience to ask questions - as well as have dedicated time to network with your fellow community members and leaders.  As an attendee, you'll walk away with ideas and tips on ways to navigate through times of uncertainty.
