Bruce Caulkins, founder and president of Pawsitive Vibes, was born and raised in Galesburg, Illinois. I am a Board Member of the Friends of the Pima County Library.  We are a nonprofit group with over 200 volunteers and 1,400 members who celebrate and promote a literate community by supporting and funding programs offered through the Pima County Library.
