Ashley La Russa currently serves on the Local First Arizona Steering Committee, WFSA Annual Luncheon Committee, and Board of Directors at the CITY Center for Collaborative Learning (CITY CCL). Ashley partners with owners of hotels, co-working spaces, and event venues to strategically plan how to serve the community as a whole. In 2018, she was the Projects Manager at Downtown Tucson Partnership (DTP) where she actively communicated upcoming events and programs to the community. She coordinated over 80 parade entries for the 24th Annual Parade of Lights and Festival. In collaboration with the Merchant & Retail Council, she strengthened relationships between Downtown Tucson stakeholders, owners and staff.

Chad grew up in Vail, Colorado skiing, ranching, and doing bookkeeping for his mother’s retail stores. He moved to Eugene, Oregon in 2004 to begin his college education, but was drawn to the desert and the University of Arizona when visiting his father in 2007. Chad moved to Tucson and finished his degree in Accounting at the UofA in 2010 and has been working in small to mid-sized accounting firms ever since. I am a Board Member of the Friends of the Pima County Library.  We are a nonprofit group with over 200 volunteers and 1,400 members who celebrate and promote a literate community by supporting and funding programs offered through the Pima County Library. We host community used book sales monthly and sell books online, and through these sales we contribute more than $200,000 annually to the library. 

Lisa Shipek is a founding member of Watershed Management Group and has served as the Executive Director since 2006. I love working one on one with people and learning their likes and dislikes while trying to help them buy or sell a home. It brings me great joy when I can present keys to a new buyer or celebrate a closing with a seller. I am a very family oriented person and work hard to provide for them. My family and my passion for helping others is the driving force behind how hard I work. On my downtime, I love to exercise and learning how to explore healthy eating habits. I am very fortunate to have found real estate and I feel it fits my personality very well. I take my job very seriously and strive for perfection at everything that I do. I have been in Real Estate since 1994. My first job was as a weekend receptionist at Better Homes & Gardens in San Jose, CA. 1 started as an assistant Transaction Coordinator at Century 21 SCVA in 1999. I moved to AZ in 2007, then worked at Re/MAX All Executives, WeMoveTucson, Realty Executives Tucson Elite and then Realty Executives Arizona Territory for different agents & teams since 2015. In 2018 I got my Real Estate license in Arizona, and continued to work as a Transaction Coordinator. I'm currently upgrading to a broker license and going out on my own. I am Ace/Aro and my pronouns are She/Her/Hers. I'm also a crazy cat lady who has been involved with cat rescues in Tucson since I moved here in 2007, I have many cats and will share photos if asked. I also run a local Atheist Non-profit, The TACO Team.

I am a passionate and knowledgable advocate for those recovering from substance use disorder. Since my own recovery 11 years ago, I have dedicated my life to providing valuable insight and assistance to individuals struggling with addiction. 

Having years of senior care experience, I realized there really is not an assisted living that understands and provides a safe assisted living community our LGBTQ+ seniors.
