For more than 30 years, I worked inside the business world navigating client relationships, leadership, deadlines, growth, setbacks, and reinvention. I understand firsthand the pressure to perform, the weight of responsibility, and the quiet questions that arise behind closed doors.

Today, I bring that lived experience into my work as a Co-Active Practitioner.

True coaching is not about giving advice or solving problems for you. It is about partnership. It is about creating a space where you can think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and align your work with who you truly are.

The Co-Active model teaches that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you access your own clarity, courage, and commitment.
