Chad grew up in Vail, Colorado skiing, ranching, and doing bookkeeping for his mother’s retail stores. He moved to Eugene, Oregon in 2004 to begin his college education, but was drawn to the desert and the University of Arizona when visiting his father in 2007. Chad moved to Tucson and finished his degree in Accounting at the UofA in 2010 and has been working in small to mid-sized accounting firms ever since. Chad is fascinated by taxation and helping individuals and business owners maximize profits, while legally minimizing their tax liabilities. In his free time, Chad can be found enjoying Arizona’s wilderness areas with his German Shepherds, Heidi and Klauss, taking day trips on his motorcycle, and volunteering with Rotary International, as well as the Arivaca Community Internet Cooperative. Chad is also a die-hard Arizona Wildcats Basketball fan.

Carly Flagg, ACC, CPIC, CI/CT, CFE (she/her) provides coaching for professionals from many fields, but specifically those struggling with burnout in service professions.  Many helping professionals find themselves exhausted by the work that used to ignite their passions. Integrative coaching and compassion coaching supports clients to renew the joy the find in their work, and free up energy to pursue additional projects. Carly has also completed graduate work in Counseling at Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator and Certified Professional Integration Coach. Carly also holds ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation. Carly is training as a Certified Nonviolent Communication educator, and provides coaching for both professional and personal communication. Hands at Heart, LLC, provides coaching, education, and training.

I am a native Tucsonan and owner of 3 businesses; Combat Krav Maga Tucson, I-10 Self Storage, and Lacquisrty, an online business where I make and sell nail polish worldwide. I teach Krav Maga, the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli military. October 2023 will mark my 18th year of training Krav. It is my passion, my discipline, and my fulfillment. 
I run my self storage in the day and teach Krav Maga at night. My life's work is showing people what they are capable of and that they are worth protecting. My particular passion is empowering women and showing them their strengths and abilities so they build their confidence. Mentoring and a holistic approach are central to my teaching values as self-defense is 90% mental and only 10% physical. 
 

I’ve been in real estate since 1994, starting as a weekend receptionist at Better Homes & Gardens in San Jose, CA. Over the years, I honed my skills as a Transaction Coordinator, working with Century 21 SCVA, Re/MAX All Executives, WeMoveTucson.com, and Realty Executives in Tucson, AZ. I earned my Arizona real estate license in 2018 and upgraded to a broker license in 2024, leveraging my expertise to help clients buy or sell homes efficiently.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about community involvement. I’m a proud Ace/Aro individual (she/her), an avid cat rescuer, and the founder of The TACO Team, a local atheist nonprofit.
